Yankee Chef The New Hampshire Liquor Commission announces the “In the Mix Kitchen Series,” to be held at the Nashua superstore located at 25 Coliseum Avenue. This flagship location features a state-of-the-art kitchen, which will be the site of the weekly event series. Each Saturday New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet customers will enjoy a specialty dish prepared by one of New Hampshire’s finest restaurants, enhanced by perfectly paired wines and spirits. Chefs will share their culinary secrets and recipes to help attendees build confidence in their ability to get creative with food. Wine experts and mixologists will provide valuable guidance identifying the ideal wine or spirit for every dish and occasion. Consumers will walk away with enhanced knowledge, same-day savings on select wines and spirits and in some cases, special offers from featured restaurants. The goal is to inspire consumers to explore a variety of new and creative options for mixing wine, spirits and food. Unique pairings, cooking with wine and spirits, and the art of mixology are just some of the combinations that will be presented at these fun, casual events. One restaurant will be featured each week in partnership with a wine/spirits broker for a coordinated taste experience that will educate, entertain and delight consumers. Weekly themes may include seasonal specialties, holiday favorites, desserts and much more. All events will be held at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlets’ Nashua superstore, located at 25 Coliseum Avenue.
